Can I really use the free tier forever?
Yes. The free tier has usage limits (3 template downloads, 5 ATS checks, 10 STAR analyses per month) but never expires. Upgrade to Pro when you need more.
What happens when I hit my free limits?
You'll see an upgrade prompt. Your limits reset at the start of each calendar month. You can also upgrade to Pro at any time for unlimited access.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you haven't used your Pro features, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
What about Lifetime access?
Lifetime access is coming soon. We're working on a one-time payment option for perpetual Pro-tier access. Join the waitlist to be notified when it launches.
Can I cancel Pro anytime?
