New Grad Resume Hub provides resume templates, examples, writing guides, and analysis tools for new grad software engineers. The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes. Some features may require an account or subscription at a future date.

3. Age Requirements

You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. Our interactive tools include an age confirmation checkbox (users confirm they are 13 or older). 4. No Employment Guarantees

The Service provides tools, templates, and suggestions to help improve your resume. We make no guarantees about:

• Passing any specific Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Securing interviews or job offers
• Any specific outcome from using our tools or templates

Results vary based on individual qualifications, job market conditions, and many factors beyond our control. Our tools provide suggestions based on common patterns — they are not professional career advice. You should not rely solely on ATS scores or STAR analyses when making career decisions.

5. Tool Limitations and Disclaimer

ATS Checker: Our ATS checker uses client-side pattern matching to detect common formatting issues, keyword presence, and section structure. It does not replicate any specific company's actual ATS system, cannot guarantee compatibility with any particular employer's hiring pipeline, and its scores are suggestions based on general best practices — not definitive assessments.

STAR Bullet Analyzer: The STAR analyzer checks for structural elements (action verbs, quantification, context) using heuristics. It provides suggestions, not professional writing services. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all content on your resume.

Templates: Our resume templates follow industry-standard formatting conventions but cannot guarantee compatibility with every ATS parser. Test your final resume through our ATS checker and with real-world applications.

6. Content Disclaimer

All resume examples, project descriptions, and personal details on this site are fictionalized and anonymized for educational purposes. Any resemblance to real persons or actual resumes is coincidental. Users should replace all example content with their own actual experience.

7. User Responsibilities

When using our tools:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you input
• You should not upload sensitive personal information beyond what is normally included in a resume (e.g., avoid including SSN, passport numbers, or financial information)
• You agree not to misuse the tools (automated scraping, bulk uploads, reverse engineering, etc.)
• You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You confirm you are 13 years or older before using interactive tools

8. Intellectual Property

Our resume templates, written content, and site design are protected by copyright. You may:

• Download and use templates for personal use
• Share links to our pages

You may not:

• Redistribute our templates as your own product
• Republish our content without attribution
• Use our tools to build competing services

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. 10. Pro and Lifetime Subscriptions

When payment processing becomes available:

• Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly (or annually) unless cancelled
• Lifetime access is a one-time payment for perpetual Pro-tier access (coming soon)
• Refunds are available within 14 days if features have not been substantially used
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice to existing subscribers

11. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site to third-party services (Rezi, Teal, Kickresume, etc.) may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up through these links, at no additional cost to you.
